Mid-year reflections & forward momentum.

As we reach the midpoint of 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the journey we have shared so far and to look ahead with purpose and clarity.

Stepping into my role as Managing Director at the beginning of the year was both an honour and a responsibility I carry with deep commitment. This transition was not a change in leadership, but a strengthening of it. Together with Louis, our founder, we have formed a partnership rooted in shared values, complementary expertise and a singular vision: to position Wealth Succession as your most trusted partner in building, growing and protecting generational momentum.

This year marks a new chapter, not a change in direction, but a refinement of our purpose. We are focused on aligning your investment strategy with your legacy, ensuring your wealth is not only protected but positioned to thrive.

The first half of the year has been dedicated to refining our approach: ensuring your portfolios are strategically aligned, your family governance is clear, and your wealth structures are resilient. We also journeyed deeper into an understanding of the wealth life cycle; how wealth is created, preserved and transferred in the wealth relay between generations.
